Al Mowasat Holding Company as a big group business in the region Middle East was incorporated for the purpose of providing comprehensive private health services within Kuwait. Currently, the MHC is monitoring a number of potential healthcare markets in Egypt , Syria , Sudan , and multiple North African countries. On 2006, They started open New Mowasat Hospital Kuwait. Recently, They over to the Nurses who want to join and work as their Staff to fill the position bellow:

1. Nursing Coordinator - Training & Dev

Require qualification are :

Bachelor’s Degree in nursing, Post graduate qualification in nursing education, masters degree an advantage

5 years experience in nursing education or have demonstrated competence with teaching

Nursing education courses or advanced study in area of specialization. Continuing education certificates and certified as ACLS/BLS instructor will be an advantage

Registration and current RN license in state/country of origin. CPR certification.

2. Nursing Coordinator - Quality Assurance

Require qualification are :

Bachelors degree in related health discipline required. Certified Professional in Health care Quality (CPHQ) or American Society of Quality (ASQ) certification or International equivalent preferred

Has 5 yrs health care experience , with 3 years in quality management / leadership role required; including:
- Demonstrated knowledge of quality improvement, statistical analysis, and accreditation(JCIA and /or JCAHO and /or CCHFA)
- Demonstrated leadership role inclinical practice and a keen interest in discipline specific research, education and prof. dev.
- Ability to work within an interdisciplinary patient focused program management structure .
- Excellent communication , organixzation and interpersonal skills.

3. Nursing Coordinator - Prod. Std & Eval

The requirement for this job position is Minimum Education BSN with 5-7 years acute hospital experience required ; Registration and current RN license in state / country of origin. CPR certification.

4. Nursing Supervisors

Describe of requirement for this vacancy are :

Bachelor Degree in Nursing or 3-4 year Diploma in Nursing Science

10 years previous experience in a clinical setting of which 3 years of recent experience has been spent in a supervisory post

Required Certification/Experience: Registration and current RN license in state/country where employed. Current CPR/BLS certification

Desired Qualification/Experience:
- Well developed interpersonal skills.
- First line management certificate/diploma.
- Counseling skills.
- Teaching and assessment skills 5. Working knowledge of spoken Arabic an advantage.

5. Senior Staff Nurses & Staff Nurse

The New Mowasat Hospital they needs many of Nurses who can work and perform of professional staff. If You are qualified on this requirment, you will get chances to work for them :

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing

Minimum Experience: Sufficient previous clinical experience in different areas

Registration and current RN license in State/country where employed. Current CPR/BLS certification.

6. Nursing Assistant

These vacancy is for those who graduated from Post High School Vocational/Specialized training, at least with 2 years experience. Required Certification/Registration: Sufficient previous clinical experience in assigned areas Completion of course for Nursing Assistant CPR Certification.
