In order to fulfill one of their clients (private hospital) in the country of Sudan, they are looking for or open a job recruitment for the Nurses to join with them and work as full time shift. The nurses should have 3 to 5 years experienced in the hospital.
Salary for the nurses are variable (negotiation), depend on years of experience and also specialization skill of nurse profession. Some reward and benefit will be given to the nurses in the end of years. Annual leave, hostel and others accommodation available.
Job description for the nurses :
- The nurses able to work independently during implements the nursing process with patients/clients including carrying out physicians orders regarding diet, medication and treatment; performs assessments; changes dressings.
- The nurses should be monitors and ensures quality care through observation and evaluation; reports on physiological and mental health status of patients/clients; documents nursing interventions on medical records.
- Distributes and maintains records of controlled drugs and insures their security; maintains records and makes reports base on nursing care plan procedure and understanding of health/mental health issues.
- The nurses should be responds to the emergencies cases; maintains availability of medications and supplies; ensures cleanliness of equipment and environment; may participate as a member of an interdisciplinary treatment team in the assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of patients/clients treatment; may participate in outpatient clinics and assist in physical examinations; may administer routine tests
