Ministry of Health Japan (MOH Japan) has reported that they need about 40.000 Nurses from other country to work as staff Nurse under Ministry of Health Japan. The Nurses will get chance to work on a full-time and they will get contract 3 years for the first time. The Nurses who want to continue to work as staff Nurse in Japan, They should pass from the Nursing exams which provide by MOH Japan and get the legal certificates or licences as a Nurse from the Japanese government.Healthcare recruitment in Japan is not only for the Nurses but also for the others healthcare staff such as doctor. Currently Japan will accept 1,000 nurses and health care workers from Indonesia, start April 2008 they will accept 200 licensed nurses and 300 certified care workers to work as assistants at hospitals and nursing care facilities after receiving language training.
Japan's Government has plan to employ workers from the Philippines, but the partnership agreement has yet take effect.
